Job Description

Orient Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for IT Enabled Services Sales to drive growth and expand the company's customer base. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen and a proven track record in driving sales in the IT services industry. The candidate should be passionate about technology, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and should be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth for IT enabled services
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and developments


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT enabled services sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services industry
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of IT enabled services such as BPO, KPO, LPO, etc.
  • Ability to travel as required
